We called Miguel after getting a chip on the windshield. Sent him some pics, accepted his terms&conditions, and price quote, then he gave an easy location to meet near downtown San Jose. He also educated me about windshield repair - it is not a cosmetic fix, it's meant to reinforce the windshield so that the crack does not spread, requiring a full replacement.
