Extensive Auto Care

Got my sister a Christmas gift of a detail, have used this place in the past and the detailing is always outstanding as it was this time. The problem was and still is Gator broke the hood latch on my sister's Lincoln Nautilus. His answer to this is stuff happens she will have to get it fixed. I have been in business for 25 years and if I damage peoples property doing my job, I am responsible for fixing it, as is he legally. I guess I figured for a price of $375.00, which is significantly higher than most detailing places, I expected a more responsible business owner!!!

My review is not about the work done to my vehicle, but about the owner of the company. He is very unprofessional. During the time he had my car in his shop, the hood latch was broken. When I picked up my car, I drove it about 100 feet out of the parking lot. I stopped on the side street to close my hood because there was an alert on the dash of my car. It would not latch properly, so I turned my car around, before I even reached state route 7, to go back to his shop and show him what was wrong. When he could not get it latched either, he asked, "Well, what do you want me to do about it? ". I told him that I expected him to fix it or pay for it to be fixed, since the latch was broken while my car was in his possession. Thomas did an amazing job paint correcting my duramax. He is very attentive to detail on his work. It’s hard to find someone like him that is that honest with you and takes great pride in doing the best. You won’t be disappointed if you take your vehicle to him!
