I really needed their help to resolve the issues on my old car to get to and from work as I have a long commute and struggle to ask for help. The owner helped me get the price down a lot which was nice. Really good on that front. But I don't understand. They initially charged me $140 for a "full" diagnostic. My car still leaks oil and still has all the same codes. New battery still gets corroded and struggle to fire up. Did not even acknowledge or look into these huge and quite frankly obvioys concerns. When they told me it was all good to go I believed them especially considering the amount of money I handed them. Their prices are compable according to everyone else's, dont get me wrong. But to invest this much into it and not be fully serviced and left in practically the same position I

Definitely the best one stop shop for all your vehicle needs. They have almost fully rebuilt my 2013 F150. They never got annoyed by my constant phone calls or questions and I had a ton. Even as the customer they explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what needed to be repaired and why. They even showed me what was wrong without me having to ask. I have stopped by randomly so many times with issues and they always politely get me in and service my vehicle. Even when all the racks were full they would still pull my truck around and run diagnostics on it. As a female I greatly appreciate the added effort to keep me informed, included, and safe on the roads. Thank yall for always handling my inconveniences with understanding, grace, and respect!!

I wish I’d heard of this great shop years ago! The young lady at the front desk was extra friendly. Aiden, along with the mechanic explained my heating system in detail. Don’t hesitate to give them a call if needed. They will get you back on the road quickly.

Went there to get a second opinion on a repair (AC not cooling). They were able to get me a fix that was less expensive than the dealership and I was pleased with the results. They also honored their warranty and got me in and out quickly. Friendly staff, good communication, reasonable prices for the repairs they did, and a comfortable waiting area too! I'll be bringing my vehicles back to Extra Mile Automotive.
