Extra Mile Truck Sales

I had recently purchased this beauty from Extra Mile Truck Sales and I must say that I am exceedingly pleased with my decision. I have put this baby straight to work upon getting it home and I am happy to know that it has surpassed my expectations in every way. The truck is awesome and performs great. I can honestly say with entire confidence that will be back to purchase another and another. Thank you to Jose and Fernando for the truck and great assistance.

Extra had several truck that fit what I wanted. Fernando told me that in order to drive any trucks on their lot I would have to do a credit check (hard pull) to see if I qualified... That is ridiculous...I went three blocks up the street and was allowed to drive two trucks no problem. The service here was not good.

A 100% honest company. We bought a truck from them and drove in from the bay area. The truck had a few issues we and likey they didn't know about. They 100% took care of the issues for us. You can trust these people when buying a truck. They are amazing. We worked with Nancy and highly recommend her to others. We will definitely buy another truck from them soon in the future

Some of, if not the worst service I have experienced. We traveled a long way to pick up the trucks. They were supposed to fix one before we got there. As far as we can tell, they cleared the code and called it fixed. They had no paper trail of what the mechanic (contracted) had done to the truck. No accommodations were made at all. Truck broke down a few miles away, and they would not answer any calls. For the amount of money spent there, we were treated very unsatisfactory.

I had the most positive buying experience. Excellent customer service and no hassle buying. Everything went very soothly drove from Sacramento Ca. Thanks again
