Took my Honda in to have it set up to be towed behind our RV. 4.8 rating made it seem like it would be a good place. They did the job.....kinda. Had to finish it myself due to them them not informing me that I needed to bring some additional parts off my old setup. That wasn't too much of an issue. But I definitely wasn't expecting to see the extremely poor job of wire management that I have now. No heat shrink on any of the spliced wires & not a single wire in the engine bay is secured to anything.......Just sad work all in all from a professional establishment.

Professional and really nice people! Be aware that you need to make sure they'll order the exact hitch that you need for your car. Unfortunately, my first appointment did not go as a wrong hitch has arrived! 5 STARS since they did a really good job and the mistake with the part is due to my car is AWD. Cecil, his son and his grandson will make sure you're happy! They were able to program the module as well and saved me $400+.

Excellent service and ease of ordering & install. I needed a hitch installed on my 2024 Hyundai Tucson. I shopped around, even thought of purchasing the hitch myself and installing, but thought it may be too difficult. Posted a message on NextDoor and someone highly recommended Eyers. I called, they quoted me a great price for the hitch and install, they placed the order and within a week, they called back to saying the part was in and I made an appointment to install, which only took about 25 minutes. Highly recommend this place

Did a nice job on a 2022 new model Tesla S. Helpful, polite, finished on time. Small family business running three generations. After the install they showed me how to install the hatch over. Would recommend.

This is a good find! A business you can trust from the moment you walk in. They have been in business for a long time and know what they are doing. Got a hitch installed on my car in less than 15 minutes. Patient about explaining things, answering questions and scheduling my appointment.
