Came here with the potential of being a repeat customer, bought my first and last car from this dealership. If the car itself didnt have everything I wanted and so hard to find elsewhere i would have walked out because of the treatment i had received. Had a car to trade and talked negotiation, sales person Mark instantly became very rude and told me my car had to be disposed of, my HARD earned work disposed of like trash. Well that “disposable” car sold in less than a few days on the lot. Also even made fun of me for crying as I said goodbye to my old car. If you want to be treated like a human with respect I do not recommend this dealership.

Went in there yesterday with the idea of test driving a car and seeing what the numbers would be. Well, Mark made the process so quick and easy, explaining all the numbers so thoroughly, I couldn’t say no! (Plus I loved the car haha). I used to hate the car buying process, it would take hours and hours to get to the point of a deal but I was in and out in about 1.5 hours, driving away with my new car. I will definitely use them again when I need a new vehicle and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Customer service at this location is awful. Today I called because my engine light lit up. I am taking my family, 3 children and wife, to the beach Saturday. I was told to bring my vehicle to Advanced Auto Parts so they can scan it because they are weeks out for service. What will Advanced Auto Parts do? I called back to explain my situation and was yet again offered an appointment at the end of July. You should at least PRETEND to CARE about your customer.
