the salesman that i worked with was very open and honest, and made the buying process easier. after coming to look at the vehicle i was interested in, i noticed the brakes were a little bit spongy but figured they were either going out or just sat for a little bit and needed to get the fluids moving again. whatever, no big deal. i was then informed that they "hadnt looked at it super close yet" and figured that it wasnt a big deal and there werent any major problems with it at the very least. fast forward to after i picked it up, i learned that one of the brake lines had exploded. called eric at the bank and told him what was going on, and he said hed fit me in monday to, at bare minimum, get it looked at. after he fixed that issue, i asked him if they were going to bring it in when it was

My Husband and I drove around for two days straight to multiple lots even buy here pay here’s trying to find an suv and was turned down over and over and over with 2k down as our car we just financed in February this year was just totaled out, paid off by insurance but still showing on credit until ACA marks it as paid off. Get the CarFax before going. The were not honest on how long they had the vehicle and the dash warning lights. Quoted price $1,000 over listed price on-line. Argued they do not advertise on the site I was providing the price from. Provided the printout of the site and their listing. During test drive 3 warning lights came on. The interior and trunk was not cleaned. Previous owners left overs still in the vehicle. When asked about the warning lights, they declined knowing about them. They provided a list of needed repairs totaling $700+, including a valve cover leak, from their inspection. Non of which address the warning lights items, the $1,600 timing belt change overdue maintenance or repair from the last listed accident. They declined the out the door offer at the listed pric
