EZ Clean Express

Well this happened last week, manager finally got a hold of me and well told me tough shit. Read disclaimers on carwash, maybe convenient but at what cost. We always know there are many different carwashes in the valley, why stay with one that damages your vehicle and does nothing about it. Be aware and safe everyone

Today, I took my 3 week old 2025 GMC Sierra to EZ clean express car wash located in Elsa. During the last cycle, a towel became stuck on my grill and was broken off. When I inquired about the insurance information, the management staff was unaware of it. They did not even have a business card of the facility. This incident serves as a valuable lesson: refrain from taking your car to a car wash, even if it is brand new. I got my car washed at EZ Clean today. I was very impressed with Dania and Alexia. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. They both assisted me with the vacuuming and the thorough washing of the floor mats. I wasn't aware that this service was also available. Thank you!
