Horrible Customer Service I made a purchase June 20th for a Bronco Hardtop Lift believing it would be shipped the 'beginning of August'. I called today, August 25th, for an update and was told by Terri that the order had been delayed until October. Terri seemed dumbfounded when I asked if EZ4x4 had any plans to contact customers to notify them of the delay in their orders. She just laughed and said 'yea, you and 135 others'. I would have purchased a lift from Top Lift Pros if I knew I would not be able to make use of this item until Spring 2026.

I installed my extreme EZ folding trunk on my Ford Bronco Raptor yesterday. I’m not the best at these installations but the company was great at helping me via phone to make the process easy and successful. The product works as advertised and I’m more than happy with it. There was no noise or rattle when I drove it. I also like the fact that I it took about 3 minutes to place the panels on the rack and the same amount of time to get the panels back on the Raptor. I’m really looking forward to summer!

Great group of folks making quality aftermarket products for Jeep, Bronco, Ram, etc. Home of the flip top, EZTrunk, Truck Buddiez, etc. We have been running their equipment for 4 years and zero complaints. Top notch company.

Installed the EZ window and EZ trunk in the wife's Jeep today. The PDF instructions leave a little to be desired and I couldn't find the correct video for the install but overall I'm pretty happy with the products.the people were easy to deal with during the purchase and shipping process.

Bought some tube doors last sept. Still havent received them after months and months of delays. I was given the ceo's number and he told me personally he would get that shipped out.....that was over a week ago. If I don't get a refund from them Ill be going to my cc for a charge back
