Came out to their location to pick up an order I needed the same day and see if I could find spacers to fit my obscure car/ wheel setup. They brought out literally every possible spacer setup they had to let me try on my hub and wheel, felt like they just accepted this as a project of theirs to make something work! Awesome customer service would recommend 100%

Incorrect part came, and I didn’t realize that till I opened the box. They won’t accept responsibility for the wrong part sent, completely put the blame on me saying “ I ordered the wrong part” Customer service hung up on me when I tried to get compensated and they have refused to exchange the part or give me a refund. The sad part about this situation is that I was trying to surprise my wife with a gift after battling cancer! Please be aware of this company and their policies before ordering. I am now out $190.00 plus dollars and it may not seem much to some, but to me it’s all I had.

Ordered the 2” ended up with the 1.5” which is what I originally wanted anyways so I’m fine with them, installed them on my 2000 f350 7.3l 4wd truck, they seem fine driving, hopefully they hold up, haven’t towed with them yet but would like to soon!

5-Star customer service. I just placed an order on a Friday afternoon for next day air and shortly after placing the order they called me to let me know that they don't offer Saturday delivery and that the actual delivery would be Monday. I did not anticipate Saturday delivery but really appreciate how quickly they called to inform me of when my expedited shipment would be delivered.

Horrible customer service. Nobody answers the phone. I accidentally ordered and called to cancel/replace only 15 minutes after purchase. I then needed to pay a 20% restocking fee. What a joke company. Order from a certified dealer.
