I did emission work for my car few weeks ago however don’t know what they did, it never got reported where it should and was not reflecting on record, therefore I went there today just to crosscheck with them and I had this worst employee working there who never wanted to help and asked me to leave because he didn’t wanted to crosscheck and said he is super busy even to have a listen to my problem. He went too far to call me illegal and threatened me to call ICE on me and my husband, he just said take your money and leave and never comeback again. Only can imagine this kind of ridiculous behavior from a service provider. Finally cops came in and sent him back to his place because he was literally following us to the next door we went. Upon my recent visit to Ezmissions, which is conveniently located at Uhaul moving, I observed that there were two inspectors on duty. One of the inspectors, a gentleman with a distinguished beard, appeared to handle the tests more efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service; I was able to get my test completed in a very short amount of time. Additionally, I noticed a sign indicating that they also accept appointments, which I found to be a convenient option for any future visits.

Honestly how unbelievably rude the people working here are. They lack communication within workers and managers is so crazy to me. We rented a motorcycle trailer for a day, paid upfront. One of the employees took us where they have there trailers and helped us hook the trailer onto our car. He then told us that we can return the trailer back to where we hooked it up and use the app to complete the drop off. Well we did as we were told to do and went, and unhooked the trailer and left it at the right location, and the app wanted to charge us again for the rental, when we already paid. Best place for an emissions test! The service is quick and the employees are amazing. You can be in and out in less than 10 minutes. They have a U-hual center in here. There is a carwash in the facility that works with them but is not affiliated with them. If you get an emissions test you get $5 off a carwash. You can get a $5 off coupon on their site.
