2.5 hours for an oil change because they said that they don't get many Toyota Prius cars in. I was the only one there for the first 1.5 hours! I would have taken it somewhere else, had I known. They broke the cap that holds the filter, "because it was plastic, not metal." The only thing that I appreciated was that they didn't charge me for the piece that they broke. Customer service wasn't bad.

Took my Mazda in two months ago for an oil change. The following morning there was a puddle of oil in my car garage. I took the car back and they immediately took the car in and replaced the screw stating that they had screwed it on too tight and it had broken. They were apologetic and I appreciated there honesty. Two days ago I took my second vehicle in for an oil change. The following morning I woke up to oil on my garage once again. I took my vehicle back and was told that the person that had done the oil change before screwed in on too tight and might have messed up the screw. My car was not leaking before that nor did i have any problems other than needing and oil change. I was told that they tighten the screw but did not know if it would hold up as the threads might not be ca
