DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I bought a truck from them and had to bring it back FOUR TIMES for problems. The transmission makes a loud bang when downshifting. When I brought it back, they had the nerve to tell me nothing was wrong and to keep driving it until the noise gets louder because they “couldn’t hear it.” Absolutely ridiculous. Shockingly, the problem is still not fixed and the noise is still there. The owner told me, “I’m not trying to screw anyone—if you ever have a problem, bring it back and we’ll take care of it.” That turned out to be a lie. Less than a week later, the throttle position sensor failed, and suddenly they wanted $396 to fix it because it was ONE WEEK past their 30-day warranty. I was forced to buy the part myself and

I can’t thank this place enough!!!!! I was told by another shop down the street that I needed all kinds of work done to my car (brought it to them because I was hearing a banging noise in the front and they wrote it up for thousands of dollars worth of repairs and things that weren't wrong with the car). So I reached out to a friend that recommended F&F. I called them the next day and spoke to Cathy who was nice to deal with during the process. A few days later I dropped my Corolla off and was told it only needed outter tie rods, front tires and alignment. The other things that were supposedly wrong stated by the previous shop were completely fine! THANK YOU F&F for the honesty and quick turn around on getting my car fixed! I will be returning for service 🙂

Went there for inspection sticker and they were pretty quick, didn’t seem like a bad place to get repairs if needed, the lady was polite and the lot looked well kept. Would give higher rating but this is fair for my experience.

Was recommended this shop. live somewhat in the area. Usually go to a family trusted shop, but they were very booked out at the time. Price seemed decent, turn around time was quick and woman in front office was good on the phone and pleasant. Repair was rear sway bar links. However, a week after having the repair done, we noticed knocking noise over bumps. I honestly assumed it was front sway bar links or ball joints, making an assumption that if rear were worn, the front might be as well. My trusted mechanic unfortunately confirmed that the rear sway bar links were never tightened, nor are they a quality part. He also confirmed we were over charged.
