Service was ok. They use sub-contractors which means their prices fluctuate. For reference I paid ≈$250 for my car to be towed just over a mile. You pay before the truck arrives with no refund, so you’re at the liberty of whoever the driver is; we were quoted 25-30 minutes and took 50 to actually arrive, though the office was 1.3 miles from my location. From the initial call to the drop off, it took roughly 1 1/2 hours. This wouldn’t have been a big deal beside the fact I needed my car delivered to a mechanic shop before they closed and unfortunately I missed that window. Not a bash, just hope others keep this in mind when booking.
