This poor dog has been left out in the freezing weather. Google weather says it feels like 20° outside. No amount of time is justifiable if the dog does not have a suitable shelter. The poor dog is just sitting next to the garage door waiting to be let in. I've called the Irvington Police department to report the animal abuse. I hope that everyone who sees these pictures takes positive action to help the dog.
