I had an accident on January 5th and Brian came immediately to tow it to his shop. I was very pleased to find out that he would be making the repairs as well!! Brian is a great guy! Nothing but a gentleman and a true professional!! I am confident my car will be in showroom condition when I get it back!

If I can give a 10 to this establishment I would. I had an accident 4 days ago in which my car was totaled after the ordeal with the police, breath analysis and others matters, the only positive step was to deal with Brian , the owner of this establishment. Brian towed my van and what followed was smooth as a feather. Brian is outstanding, he is extremely professional, understanding and knowledgeable. I totally support and endorsed his service .

I just wanted to give Brian the owner a rave review as my daughter was in a car accident at night and he was there to do the towing. He was so patient as we struggled to figure out what was going on with the insurance. We had to pay ourselves as we didn't have collision and the car was there for a while. For what Brian charged us i felt the service he provided was awesome. Thx Brian.

Brian at Factory Auto Body is awesome; he is such a nice guy. I had an accident in July and my car was totaled. I went to the tow yard the next day to collect all my items and Brian let me take as long as I want gathering stuff from my car and to take pictures. He also let me know that insurance was going to try to give me a lowball offer on my car and to call him if I needed any help. Fast forward a few weeks later and this is exactly what happened. I called up Brian and without hesitation he was on the phone with my insurance and was able to sort everything out. Brian is very honest and always makes sure his customers are happy and treated fairly. He went the extra mile to make sure insurance didn’t screw me over. I highly recommend his service. He really helped me out with my situation with a deer accident. I will now only use his tow company and his shop for any other issues with my car. Thanks again Brian you are awesome!!!
