The owners were on site, took the time to explain what they were seeing, and treated me like a person—not just another ticket. The work was done right, the price was fair, and there was zero upsell or pressure. You can tell this is a small, locally owned shop that actually cares about doing good work and taking care of people. That matters to me, especially as a fellow small business owner. It’s rare to find places like this anymore. Honest, competent, and genuinely kind. I’ll absolutely be back and will be sending others their way. Factory Direct Tires is Best! I have been here once before following up my tire shredding on the highway. They were able to help me very quickly. I am back today I after I had noticed a bubble in one of my other tires. The gentleman at the front desk walked out with me and we inspected the rest of the tires to be sure and discovered another bubble on a different tire. He reassured me that the best bet would be to replace remaining the 3 tires with new ones. So glad I was able to come in and be assisted so kindly and effeciently. I feel a lot safer after my visit today.

This is the first time I've been here. I've visited many auto repair shops, but here they gave me an accurate diagnosis without trying to upsell me anything and offered a solution to my problem. Mr. Agustín helped me with the translation and explained the car's problem along with Mr. Jesús. They are very professional in their work, and Mr. Nash also provided excellent service. 10/10
