I had such a great experience with Factory Finish! Ramon, the estimator who helped me, was fantastic, he kept me updated throughout the process and made everything super easy to understand. My car was delivered back perfectly clean and looking brand new. The customer service and communication were excellent from start to finish. I took my 2024 vehicle up to this place for repair this past summer. Long story short, the insurance ended up not covering the fees to fix my car.(Only to take the bumpers off) I drove this car up there running perfectly fine. I was told that I would have to tow my car home because the bumpers were not put back on. When in actuality my car, no longer ran. I Went back up to the shop to ask them why my car won’t start. Because when I dropped my car off, it was running perfectly fine. They tell me that they don’t know why it won’t start. There were a bunch of inconsistencies throughout the duration of our communication. Seems like they are running a scheme up there. Poor customer service, poor quality of work!!! I utilized this company to repair damage that was done to my Jaguar. I dropped off my car on June 22nd and it wasn't ready for pickup until August 10th. The staff did not update me throughout the process. Instead, I had to keep calling to followup and was continuously given promises with various dates that the car would be ready. Then, when it was ready, the job was poorly done and the manager required the technicians to reassemble the door. This took another 3 weeks and it's still not done right. I do not recommend this company at all!!! The photos are AFTER the work was completed!!! There are gaps present and the door alignment is off. When I first dropped my vehicle off (Jan 3rd) they stated it would be a few days. After a few days I got a call saying my vehicle was ready, when I arrived nothing was fixed and still had the issue from the accident. Next (Jan 9) they sent my vehicle to a third party who didn’t have a clue on what to do. I called (Jan 13th) to check the status on my vehicle and they stated they was working on the fuel pump. The fuel pump had nothing to do with the original problem with my incident and my fuel pump was fine (my original issue was on the front right passenger tire, where I hit a bad pot hole). Three weeks later from the original start date (Jan 21), I got a call saying my vehicle was ready again, went to pick it up and my front wheel was damaged. I walked into this establishment and there was no one there to assist me. I waited for a while, but still no one showed up. I noticed a guy working on a car right by the office, and he kept glancing at me like I was doing something wrong. After waiting some more, I even called the office phone, thinking maybe someone was walking around with a cordless phone or out back. While I was on the call, I saw a man in a clean blue shirt walking up, so I hung up, assuming he was the person who should be in the office. At that point, I had no issue — I figured he had to step away to handle something, and that was fine. The problem came when the man in the blue shirt walked straight over to the guy in the bay working on the car and started talking with him. Still, no problem… until he leaned back on
