We did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, so I can’t speak to the buying experience itself. That said, Rick was exceptional throughout our time working with him. He was helpful during our test drives, addressed our questions and concerns, and communicated consistently as we searched for our next vehicle. Rick’s customer service alone deserves 5 stars.

BUYERS BEWARE — DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. What I experienced at this dealership is completely unacceptable, and people should not be purchasing vehicles from this place. I came to look at two trucks and immediately found serious issues. The first truck wasn’t even ready when we arrived — it had a flat tire. Upon inspection, it was extremely low on coolant, and once started, both the 4WD service light and ABS light were on. After a short test drive, we noticed it was leaking brake fluid when we returned to the lot. These are major safety problems. The second truck initially appeared better, but closer inspection revealed a large crack in the frame, which is a critical structural issue, along with multiple exhaust leaks.
