Fair Price Transmission

I got my trans rebuilt and he “fixed” my trans, so we took it home and it was already having problems again. It was the transmission. he did not do a good job rebuilding it so we took it back to get fixed again. It has been sitting outside his shop and has not been touched for 3 months. it has been there a total of 4 months. he lies to us and tells us he will get it done by the end of week. he’s been telling us that every week for the past 6 months. today I went to go talk to him about it and I carelessly, out of habit, spit a little bit on the floor of his shop and he cussed me out for spitting. he threatened to get someone to remove me just for that. I was being calm and collective and he was being very defensive. he cussed me out so much and for something so little. it doesn’t make any

Had a transmission rebuild twice and still isn’t working. Taking them to court. Bad business, do not take your vehicle to this shop.
