Impeccable customer service! Everyone in this office is kind. Have toys for kids to play with which makes it a little easier when you have to bring your little ones with you. the shop labor hours are the highest here. 200$ an hour. Not the cleanliest shop in Concord. They do not clean or wipe the areas after work is over. I spent 3.5k in repairs. I sat in the office over 4 hours and didn’t get a discount.

Great group of people friendly employees who make you feel like a valued customer. While waiting for my vehicle I witnessed Howard (owner) go by every bay and look over each employees work and even hearing him on the phone with customers he knows his stuff. In these times it's very hard to find a fair garage to fix your car and not take you to the cleaners as well. I will be a return customer!

Got my brakes done, like 2 months ago and came back to get my battery swapped. I also have plans to get future work done as well. Very great to work with, honest and inexpensive. Definitely will recommend to anyone who ask.
