I came in to get my oil changed, and Sophia helped me. I was late to my appointment, but she very forgiving and welcoming. I also appreciate her pushing me to be clear when I needed my car ready by. I had originally told her the latest I'd need my car, but she wanted to be sure my car would be ready when I wanted. It's a small distinction, but it was meaningful. She also made sure I was able to take advantage of a coupon that I wasn't aware of, and that brought the cost of my service to be less than it would have been had I taken it elsewhere. Great place with VERY friendly staff. I've never had an issue here and have always got my vehicle back in great condition. Obviously, it's a dealership and is as expensive as you'd expect a dealer to be. Great customer lounge!!
