Fairfield Hand Wash & Detail Center

I want to give a big shout-out to the team at Fairfield Hand Car Wash, especially Jerry. I came in today right after the big storm. The gates were open, but Jerry let me know they were actually closed. I must’ve looked pretty disappointed, because he immediately said, “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of you.” Even though they were closed, he personally sprayed down my car, cleared all the ice, and then actually ran me through the wash. He absolutely didn’t have to do that. I do have a subscription here, but the wash was closed, and he still went out of his way to help me. That kind of kindness and customer service is rare. This is exactly why I love supporting a local business. Huge thanks to Jerry for going above and beyond.

I live locally haven’t been here in a while said let’s give them a shot. Really sorry I did. Brought my wife’s car in , and if it wasn’t for tire shine on the big tires you’d never know it was cleaned. It’s a shame spend 35-40 on a car wash that my car came out dirtier than it went in. Got the platinum wash and my rubber matts weren’t even cleaned. Attached you’ll see photos. Took way too long as well. There were 4 cars in front of me nicer cars 1 was a McLaren too , so i figured they should do a good job on my hummer very disappointed on the outcome here , and no I didn’t say anything when i was there because between the time waiting in line and for the process to finish I was over it. I just got my new Porshe. I took the car here to wash . It was as if I picked it up at the showroom after all that snow and weather last few weeks . It was brand new . The service was well on point too.! Definitely recommend ! The price was the best 30.00 unlimited car washes this is an excellent deal !

worst car wash ever, i paid 30$ and waited 40 mins just for my carpets to look like this. the outside is full of water streaks and dirty wipes. they used one wipe to clean the windows interior exterior😂. this car wash is a joke, first time here and last time here. honestly i can get a 10$ car wash elsewhere thats 100% better then then is. slow, expensive, and not even worth it. these photos are with me cleaning the floor and seats a bit too. DONT COME HERE!

Jerry and his team our outstanding and do a great job. Had some big issues inside my truck from my kids and my dog and you would never know it after the detail. Couldn’t recommend using FF hand car wash enough.
