(Edilita) I've been servicing my VW here since 2023. These gentlemen are so polite. Dudes can be jerks with females (sometimes not always) assuming they don't know things about cars. I find it hard to laugh sometimes when they play fight with each other while they get work done. Feel like a family run business. They were really good about updating my carfax which is good when I sell the car. Great job, everyone!

🤬I should have written about this. It now is the time… I’m years loyal customer…. My German cars frequent this place and my model Y Tesla as well. This month I brought my Tesla for an alignment and rotation. Mind you Tesla ask me $ 59.00 for the rotation and a free alignment. As I wanted to keep the local stores strong I bought it here to my favorite place. And this is why the 1 star is not even worth it. Not only they diagnosed my TESLA for $67 although I told them what was needed, they had the gall to tell me all four tires will have to be replaced in a month while they performed the alignment anyway. 😡 You think!!! 😣😡Why not ask me if I would prefer to buy all four tires then do the alignment and the rotation altogether. How the hell does this place rate a 4.2 when there are companies like Discount Tire around. Seriously if it wasn't an hour away I would be there. Discount tire will repair a tire for free and offers road hazard protection. Both things Tom here says are NOT available....ANYWHERE. Kinda talked down to me a bit. Wasn't rude but did make me check to see I still had my wallet and watch. I heard very good things about this place. Apparently they are trading on a Name from decades ago because the experience sucks. They do all things here. Full maintenance... most repairs...... but to be fair if you go to a buffet that caters to all and expect a great steak..... you will get the minimum job done but dont expect much above that. After a year of bringing both our cars here without any problems, everything went downhill fast. Recently, both vehicles came back leaking oil after service, and the shop refused to accept any responsibility for it. No apology, no accountability—just excuses and a flat refusal to issue a refund for their sloppy work. Getting anyone to even return a call was a challenge. When someone finally did, they acted as if it was unreasonable for me to hesitate about letting them “fix” the issue they caused in the first place. Why would I trust a shop that’s already proven they can’t get it right the first time? Their negligence could have led to serious engine damage. I paid Fairfield Tire Center Inc to mount and balance new tires and perform a wheel alignment on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. I gave them the tire size and wheel size and they said they could do the job. After service, the tires rubbed severely during turns, making the vehicle unsafe. The shop could not correct the problem and reinstalled my original wheels. They refused to refund either service, even though neither was completed or retained.
