My 2016 Chevy Suburban had the check engine light come on and it was shaking super well / misfiring! Neighbor told me to come here and specifically as for Charlie. Unfortunately, after lots of testing by Charlie, we eventually came to the conclusion it needed an engine swap, which is not cheap. But dealership was $2k more at least. Kim is the owner, and he and Charlie are both straight shooters that won’t try to over-diagnose and run up your bill. I TRUST THESE GUYS. Charlie took the time to literally show me the inside of my engine and explain things. Very helpful as I could visibly see the problem… Thanks Charlie and Kim

Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation after I was involved in a car accident that required a tow. He allowed me to keep my car at his lot after providing me a free estimate while I waited for the insurance to get back to me, and he provided me with lots of information about what I could expect of the process. Kim was very personable and patient, and I will definitely recommend his services to my friends in the future.

THEY DESERVE A 0! STAY AWAY! DROPPED MY CAR OFF SUNDAY NIGHT, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND BRAKES. GET A CALL AT 9:30 MONDAY TELLING ME I NEED BRAKES NOTHING ABOUT CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. MONDAY 5:00PM STILL NOTHING, CALL AND TOLD GOT BACKED UP AND COULDN'T GET TO IT... WHAT? YOU CALLED AT 9 30 TELLING ME I NEED BRAKES, NOW YOU CAN'T GET TO IT. TOLD- WE'LL GET IT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. 1PM THEY SAY, WE JUST PULLED IT IN, BUT, WE'RE GOING TO LUNCH, WE'LL GET IT DONE AFTER LUNCH...4PM...GIVE US AN HOUR AND WE'LL BE DONE😂. 5 PM...WE REPLACED THE O2 SENSOR, BUT NOT SURE IF IT FIXED IT, YOU CAN'T TAKE THE CAR, WE NEED TO DRIVE IT HOME TO MAKE SURE IT'S FIXED...THEY WANTED TO TAKE MY CAR HOME...NOT!!! GET MY CAR, INSIDE IS DIRTY AND THE GAS LIGHT IS ON...I HAD 90 MILES WHEN I LEFT IT...19 when picked

The Honda Dealership told me it would be $900 to replace the starter in my Civic. Fairground did it for just over $400. They shoot straight and do good, honest work. I will be bringing my vehicles here for any future repairs as long as we live in the area.

I could live 2 hours away and I would still only take my vehicles here. I trust everyone and they do such a great job. Great prices, service, and communication. Everything you could ask for in a mechanic.
