Purchased a vehicle from them and immediately after getting home it stopped. Contacted dealership, he was nice and stated they would look at it. In which he did but ultimately the vehicle was sold with an “unknown” electrical problem. The vehicle continues to stop, taken it to several mechanic shops and they stated it’s a lemon. Beyond pissed because I have a vehicle that I can not operate without having a battery pack for whenever it decides to stop which is all the time.

Literally the best, will be honest and not rip you off. Found the actual problem when other mechanics had tried to turn a small job into a whole hoodoo. I like to work on my own car sometimes and they have been so helpful whenever I have questions about how something works. They also know Hondas incredddddibly well. Literally saved my lil’ CRV by getting a salvaged engine computer and having the know how to reprogram it so the fried one could be replaced. Skip the Honda dealer, and go straight here. They will see you sooner, know the fastest way to do the work, and it’ll be a reasonable price.

Jeff and his team are wonderful, honest and so good at what they do. Jeff knows Hondas inside and out and as a Honda family that’s important to us! He educated us on a well known issue the year and model we own has and presented us with options for solutions. Would trust him every time!

Within the last 7 months I had been to two drive-through oil change places. Both were Horrendous service experiences mixed with technicians that didn't know what they were doing, to being directly lied to regarding the manufacturer's recommended tire rotation pattern and having headlights changed, but not having the wires reconnected so that that evening I drove in the dark with Only the side headlights running. I thought that I would be saving money by going to those drive-through places. I was WRONG. I've been having great experiences with Jeff for many years now. I was recommended by a friend and now I send friends and family to him. I have a very important requirement of those I let work on my vehicles. Fix only what needs fixing and do it at a fair price. This is what Jeff does. He also has been fast.
