So unhappy with the Explorer I bought last year. It's been nothing but issues since 15 mins after leaving the lot (check engine light has been reset and came on right after signing papers and leaving lot) almost every dime I have goes into fixing this vehicle. God forbid I'm late on a payment because the starter has went out for the 4th time.

He doesn’t even deserve one star he is so rude & nasty. He always has an attitude with his customers when we point out that he did something wrong. He charged me three times for getting the air conditioner + the cord fixed and only thing he did was tape it up with black tape and add freon. The only thing holding that company up is the brother of him. Ron was very nice to me. Glad i got blessed with a new car and got out of his hair.

I've been working with them since 2017, and they have easily become like family. They will make sure they do everything they can and even pull in extra weight in order to make sure you are taken great care of. I can't recommend them enough to anyone who needs a good car, but to also work with good trustworthy people. I have nothing but love and respect for them, 20/10 recommend!! :)

Beyond scammers! Please look carefully at parts before buying! Donald, who is supposedly the mechanic there will smile and chat to you but not being honest about the work he did. He doesn't have the muscle to fix on cars anymore and cheaps out on parts. Bought a car earlier this month and already misfiring and leaking lots of air. Turns out some Genius had forcefully installed the wrong throttle body and left out a hose that connects to the throttle body. I can't stand people who smile and chat while they know they are ripping you off.

Been dealing with them for over 12 years and they are phenomenal people!!! Definitely recommend. My 1st car ever bought from them in 2012 still runs til this day!!
