Faith Automotive has been extremely helpful and communicative in getting my car serviced! The customer service was sensational and Victoria was truly awesome in helping me with all my needs. The price was reasonable for everything that I needed to get done with my car. When I didn't have a way back and forth to the shop, they provided a ride service and I thought that was TOP NOTCH! Everything was explained in full detail, digitally and on paper (invoice). Very friendly place and I highly recommend their services. They will do everything they possibly can to get your car back up and running safely on the road again.

I had a great experience here! They helped replace my headlight bulb quickly and were so kind and professional. I really appreciate that they’re a faith-based business, it truly shows in the way they treat their customers. Highly recommend!

Victoria and the whole crew at Faith Automotive are the best shop I have ever had a chance to work with. We brought in our 21 Chrysler Pacifica for transmission issues. Throughout the whole repair process, they made sure to keep me in the loop. Even a week later after getting the car back just to check in on us! Yes they are like any business that needs to make a living. So don't expect just because they stand by faith in the good lord that they'll do repairs for cheap or free. They will however, stand behind the work they performed and make sure its done right. No, they didn't pay me or give me a discount for writing this review. Faith Automotive is assisting me with the restoration of my car and they are AWESOME! They are very transparent and helpful with helping me determine which repairs need to be completed in order of priority. Their prices are reasonable. The customer service is always exemplary and I always look forward to my visits (when car repair visits are normally dreaded).
