I called the first time to get a price on a head gasket repair. My concerns were erased at the knowledge and professionalism of the owner and the price was right. So forward a week later, I had just purchased another Prius and had my catalytic converter stolen in NYC. I immediately called Falcon and had another installed within 3 hours and on my way. They’ve warned more of my business and so I’ll have them put that head gasket on now.

After fixing our harsh misfires, their thorough inspection proactively found a rusted exhaust manifold that would have damaged the catalytic converter, which they swapped out for no extra labor charge. The car now runs beautifully. Elivelton's customer service was responsive, instantly addressing any concerns. Note: The shop is in a seedy area, so coordinate your pick-up and drop-off during daylight hours if possible. If you need elite hybrid service that anticipates future issues, look no further.

The best Prius specialist shop I’ve ever been to! After going through several repair shops where no one really understood how a Prius works, I finally found this amazing place! The team is extremely professional, attentive, and—most importantly—truly knows everything about Toyota Prius vehicles. My car was having intermittent issues with the hybrid system, and within less than an hour, they had accurately diagnosed what no other shop could figure out. They use modern equipment, explain everything clearly, and never do anything without your approval. Another thing that really impressed me was the attention to detail—they checked items that weren’t even part of the service and gave me helpful tips on how
