He always calls and explains exactly what the problem is before the repair and a honest quote on what the repair will cost. Gary at Falls Repair Shop in Deerfield is very reasonable on price. He knows what he’s doing. He is very professional. I wouldn’t let nobody else work on my car but him because it’s a diesel and you must know what you’re doing to work on diesel’s. I highly recommend Gary and his staff to work on anything. He’s honest and really fair priced. Hard to find a honest shop these days. He goes over and above to get the job done.

I just moved into the area a few months ago and wasn’t familiar with the auto shops around at all. I rolled into this shop with a dead battery that I had to jump to get my vehicle there and needing an oil change, and hoping to get as much of this done as possible to get my vehicle working before I had to go to work in a few hours. I explained my situation to the guys at Falls A1 and they got to work on it right away. They tested my battery and alternator, found the battery was the issue and replaced it, checked other components to make sure there was no parasitic draw from the battery, and changed my oil and oil filter all in about exactly 1 hour so I could get to work on time. They were also very pleasant and clearly very knowledgeable. I’m taking all my vehicles here from now on

Great experience every time I get any of my vehicles serviced. Great service and always at a great price. I highly recommend this shop. I recently purchased some tires and the owner stayed till 9:00pm so I could get my car back so I could go to work the next day.
