Jeff has been an OUTSTANDING mechanic for our family for years and years. We refer all of our family and close friends to him. He takes care of our car like a good medical professional takes care of patients (and uses lots of medical analogies to help us understand what's happening with the car, too :) Never one to upsell us, he speaks and offers advice with integrity. After more than 8 months of visiting multiple different mechanics, getting outrageously large repair quotes, and my trust for auto-services diminishing, I went to Family Auto Clinic and my problem was fixed. I was having an issue with my steering wheel jerking left and right while driving -- as if the wheel was being taken from me. Other mechanic shops wanted me to replace both front struts, outer tie-rods, my front right axel, and then get an alignment; all to find out, with the help of Family Auto, that it was just my front lower control arm.
