JESSICA here at the Jacksboro highway location is seriously the BEST, got me approved in less than a hour for my dream car! Super sweet and friendly, negotiated with me and gave me the better hand. 10/10 recommend to come her and get you a car!

Zero stars for me. Total waste of time!! Baited me in on marketplace with a Kia Telluride & got there & was told the car was no longer available but they could show me other options. Decided to continue because I was already approved for $4k down & $500 a month note which was in my budget. Went to two of their other lots finally found something I liked that I was told was in the same exact budget & drove it back to the first shop. Got back to start my paperwork & was told $4200 down & carnotes would be $645 a month which was over my budget. They would not work with what we originally discussed so basically they got me in & didn’t even have the car I did my application for & didnt tell me before I got there then promised to give me the car I picked in the same budget & didn’t do that either

Jessica made getting into the Tacoma i was eyeing a breeze! Easiest car dealership experience I’ve had thus far. I will definitely be recommending family auto to my friends and family!

My experience with victor and Andrea was amazing . They got me in and out very fast & they also work with you through repos, open loans and everything . I will definitely send more people to come shop
