DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FAMILY AUTO! VERY RUDE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. The manager Rachel hung up on me twice, as they are trying to get information from me on their client after I asked if they could please email for better communication. Rachel then said she does not email and I have to do their job and get in contact with their client when they have an email on record. Then after she hung up I asked for the owner to reach out as the manager isn’t professional and the owner stated it is not her job to email as well. Yet this matter is very urgent, but not urgent enough to send a follow up email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP - I previously left a 5 star review, 4 months ago, when I bought my car.. I was so excited and happy with my experience (even though I didnt want to pay 6k down, I agreed for this reason). Fast forward to now, I hit a rough patch financially (I am a single mom of 3 kids and its not always easy making it happen), I missed ONE payment (payments are due every 2 weeks) and without any warning to me directly they immediately put it up for repo and came to my job and dragged it out of the parking lot with all my belongings inside of it. I called to find out where they took my car so I could at least get my purse and kids car seats out but they refused to give me any information for 72 hours.
