It's a good place to go if you're looking for a good used car and you don't have excellent credit or enough money to pay cash for one. They are nice and go out of their way to get you in a vehicle. They work with you regardless of your credit rating and if you do buy a car from them they report your on time payments to the credit bureau so that will help build your score up. I would recommend this place.

Honestly, first time getting a car and it was bs. The car is nice, except the heat doesn’t work on the drivers side, and I’m paying over $500 of monthly payments. They said it was going to be payments of $240, and I didn’t see until they had written up the contract that those payments are bi-weekly. Never once did they mention that. Unfortunately, I had already been up there for hours waiting on them so by that time I was exhausted and starving. Now I’m stuck with a car that is worth $6000 in good condition and I’m paying $14,000, and 20% interest. Always check the value of the car before you sign, people! Ironic that they’re called Family Auto when they like taking advantage of people. Ps. Family Auto if you read this, I’m telling everyone I know how yall do business.

This is by far the best and cleanest family auto I have been to, Ted was very professional and answered all my questions perfectly. I highly recommend them .

I bought a car from them in 2019 and to this day it was the absolute best car ( condition wise )I ever had,and Ive had quite a few.I came back two days ago and Brad was just one cool dude.My wife was extremely indecisive and he showed nothing but patience.I even tried to pay him $50 on the side for his troubles and he didn't take it.In this world full of con-artist it was great to deal with honesty.I picked put a Cadillac and I fell in love with it.When I went to sign the paperwork the finance lady's had me in tears I was laughing so hard.I have no gain from this and I don't know any one of them personally but if your a hard worker trying to get a dependable vehicle for your family, or whatever the reason this place is the only place I would go to.I am %100 satisfied with this company.

Terrible. They take your money and give you a lemon! Honestly! Stay clear! Proof is there! They work with Rowlands automotive in Anderson, SC. Don’t! Just don’t!
