The team is awesome! The manager who takes care of us is super honest—he always tries to do the best and as quickly as possible. The prices are very fair, and they never try to do more than necessary to make money off us. Nowadays, it’s rare to find an honest auto shop! Go there with your eyes closed ! They’re amazing, and they really work on all brands. I have an Audi A6, and they did an excellent job ! Just perfect !

I have been coming to Family Auto for some time now (over a year maybe 2) and have also brought in my daughter's vehicle. What started a a Groupon oil change, has turned into my mechanic home. Jordan and the rest of the crew have always been nice, respectful and as helpful as possible. They take the time to explain the work that's needed and have been very accommodating a few times for me. Today was no exception, I came in for issues with the vehicle and needed a diagnostic. Once the issue was found,(mass air flow sensor) I was given an estimate. We discovered the part was still under warranty which changed the estimated cost and the work was completed in a timely manner. I prayed before going in today and my prayers were answered!! This shop is amazing. The customer service is incredible, they treated me like family and made sure I understood everything going on with my car. Their pricing is very affordable, and the honesty and care they show is rare to find. Thank you so much to Hassan for all his help and kindness. I’m truly grateful.

Very very very disappointed at this shop. They told me my bcm was bad and they would order the part and bring the car back the next day. Next day comes I go back and wait for about 2 hours for the guy to tell me it will be 45 days till they get the part and my total cost for the whole repair would be $1,018. I said never mind and follow my instinct and went to another shop and the whole time it was my wiring. Imagine if I would have spent all that money and for them diagnosing my car wrong means I can't trust what they say.

These guys were great, pricing is fair. Had new spark plugs installed new ignition coils and fuel injectors cleaned and had the transmission fluid changed. Will definitely be back for any other car services as needed.
