Family Auto Sales of Kerrville

Our family has bought a few cars from them, never had a problem. Really easy to work with all you have to do is communicate with them when you run into trouble and keep your word.

I have been a customer of Family Auto Sales for over 5 years , and they have always been kind and understanding. They are patient with you when you are late on payments as long as you communicate with them. Also I have bought 3 reliable vehicles from them with minor issues that goes along with normal maintenance to a vehicle..

Wow. I can’t believe they are still in business after all these years. I figured at least the owner would have been thrown in jail or run out of town by now. I bought a truck there about 4 years ago in a fit of stupidity. I paid $5000 cash for it and gave them all the information they needed to get a title to me. They gave me a buyer’s tag and promised to have it registered and taken care of the next day. Two months later after many unreturned phone calls and a new water pump, they told me they had the title and I would get it in the mail in a couple days. There’s always a risk when buying used cars. It’s unfortunate to see some of the reviews on this company, because we had a really good experience. When we had an issue it was fixed. No complaints here. We’ve had my Elantra for a few years now, and it’s super reliable, and great on gas. All the staff has been friendly, and welcoming to us all these years. Thank you.

Went here to get my daughter a more reliable vehicle after hers had become irreparable. We went into this dealer and were given options of vehicles within our down payment price range. All had ridiculously high down payments and prices but we were desperate to get her a more reliable car. We settled on the 2016 Chevy Cruz (Red) which was one of the better looking vehicles on the lot. We came back the next morning to give the down payment and have my daughter sign her paperwork. 1.
