They are really professional and so nice here! Keith and Brian have the best customer service, you can clearly see why they are in management. I had work done here and I love that they have 24 months warranty, I brought it back in to check on a noise my car been making and Keith took the car in for inspection to check without a question and called me and arrange an Uber ride for me. Went in to get a tire checked after the pressure light kept coming on, and overall it was a pretty solid experience. The staff didn’t rush me and took a look without trying to upsell a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for. They explained what was going on in simple terms, which I appreciated since I’m not super into car details. The wait time was reasonable for a walk-in, maybe 30–40 minutes, and the waiting area was clean enough. Prices felt fair compared to other places around here, not cheap but not crazy either.

I had an excellent experience! The staff was incredibly professional and the quality of work was top-notch. I really appreciated the transparency throughout the process, and they offered great options for more expensive parts. It was a fantastic first experience at a mechanic shop in the U.S. and a much better experience than dealerships. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento LX with a diagnostic code of P0076. The seller informed me their mechanic completed all necessary services but the check engine light remained active and the code never resolved. Brought my car in for a liquid leak and they quickly tracked it down. It turned out to be the radiator, which they had replaced about a year ago, and they honored the 2-year warranty with no hassle. While checking everything, they also found a leak in the water pump and let me know right away. Even better, they were able to squeeze me in and get the work done quickly. Honest, thorough, and really appreciated the flexibility and transparency.
