I picked up this truck from them back in August of 2021 and I’m happy to report that after two years, 40k miles, and countless trips up and down the east coast it’s still running great. I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase at the time and I am still over the moon about this truck and the great price I got it for here. Your worker informed me that they had done everything maintenance wise and he wasn’t just lying to me this has held up great. Keep in mind this truck was already 15 years old at the time

Amazing Experience. The owner is a very nice guy and this a shop i can say that mechanics are honest & wont rip you off. I came in for State inspection i’ve had issues with other shops saying that my car cant be inspected because of some rust which wasn’t major but they had issue with it. I came here my vehicle passed with no issues. The owner said i don’t know why no one else would pass it because the rust isn’t major frame is still solid. I highly recommend coming here for your state inspection or automotive repairs i definitely be coming back ✅. definitely have earned my business. they also sell good used cars here.

Fair warning, I would say do your research and be cautious no matter what you’re having done there or purchasing you know I was raised on. You have nothing nice to stay say nothing at all, but I also believe that it’s fair to give your opinion to warn other people I wound up walking out the unprofessional aspect of this place is what got me Between the daughter and mother giggling and goofing off because they couldn’t figure out how to do an email to him, stepping out to help them with that I’m the president of the United States type of personality after he had been really nasty in the parking lot, throwing his hands up in the car he was pulling out of the bay All because I didn’t know where to park. It’s a cluster mess there I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody you’d be better off g

100% recommend! I bought a car from here 2 years ago that served me very well and then last year bought a second car here. I had something come up with the first car within the first month and they fixed it for me without charging anything for labor. Super friendly and helpful. The owner is super understanding and has always made us feel like a priority. Would continue getting cars here if I were staying in the area!

Great guy. Very professional and believes in customer satisfaction. Does everything he can to make sure personally that his customers are happy and their needs are met. He really does treat his customers like family and that is very important in this business I haven't met enough people in the world that care for there customers as much as this guy I highly recommend Family automotive inc to anyone.
