Our first travel trailer purchase this past weekend was nothing short of amazing!! We worked with Dustin from the beginning. They were very honest about any repairs that were needed and they actually did a lot of cosmetic repairs we were not expecting. The trailer looked 10 times better than the day we saw it. He went above and beyond by sending us constant updates, including pictures of repair progress along the way, and keeping us informed about everything going on with the trailer and date of pickup. He also was available anytime I texted asking questing, or asking for updates. On the day of pick up Shane helped us with all the paperwork and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the extended service plans and we didn’t feel pressured to go with there’s, he even said we could price ch

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing (and now maintaining) my new tiny teardrop trailer (Sunray 149) at Family Fun RV. The team works well together and Shane, the GM, stayed with me through the entire process -- from researching, walk-thru's and purchasing. My brother owns a trailer that he allowed his girlfriend to live in for around 9 months, and she trashed the trailer. We have moved the trailer to our property, but we needed to get so much work done on it before we could take it out into the rural areas. The trailer was originally bought at Family Fun RV and the warranty was still valid. So we got most of the critical stuff taken care of. Once we got it to our family property, I noticed that there were a few issues; the first was that the breaker in the trailer had tripped and the fridge was beeping, and the second was that the water heater ignition was no longer working, on top of that the outlets were no longer working. First time travel trailer buyer here. My experience in purchasing a travel trailer at Family Fun RV is that everyone is very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. I didn’t have any unanswered questions and I felt completely satisfied with my purchase. I love the lifetime battery option. The service I experienced was exceptional from the initial questions to the final hook up before I pulled out with my new camp trailer.

Great service for RV shopping. Our salesman Dustin was great to deal with. No push to sell you an RV that day like a car salesman. He took down notes on what we were looking for and showed us all that fit the bill. Surprisingly, the pricing was pretty good on new models. We haven't purchased one yet, but appreciate the service we received there. Worth checking with them and keeping your hard earned money spent local.
