These people are a rip off one I had added a vehicle to a policy I told the person several times how much the was to be and also was going to pay for the the first month after being transferred the lady said no about paying but I had mentioned that the deductible has to be set a a certain amount and the car lot I was at told also while I was talking to the person after the policy was written and was off the phone I seen it and the person had took down the wrong information I had to call back to make corrections on the policy now they are charging me for there mistakes they had made I only was with them for two weeks and charging me a whole policy and there mistakes two times I had to call back to have them fix it while I was at a car lot buying a car. Aspire Car Insurance and Family Insurance Sales LLC have been a complete disappointment. Neither one is ever able to provide a clear breakdown of how much I am paying for each vehicle on my premium. What they are good at is taking payments quickly and without issue. When I asked for a quote for damages due to vandalism while my car was parked, both companies kept pointing fingers at each other. Aspire told me only my broker, Family Insurance, could tell me how much my premium would increase. When I contacted Family Insurance, they said they didn’t know why Aspire referred me to them, since they don’t have that information either, and that I would just “find out” when my policy renews. I originally signed up through this office when I first got my car, and things were fine, until I received my renewal notice. My premium increased significantly even though my coverage hadn’t changed. I called the manager to address the issue, and instead of clearly explaining it, she vaguely blamed “coverage changes” and more accidents in the area. When I pressed for more clarity, she told me I needed to come into the office for a proper explanation, something that could’ve easily been handled over the phone. She also mentioned that my new payment schedule might be a system error, showing four higher payments instead of five, but didn’t follow up or offer any solutions.
