Nice warehouse to house trailers. When looking at some of the trailers I noticed several trailers had couches that were downgraded. In my opinion the nice recliner couches were not included. Be sure to compare the interior of the trailers to other dealers. Another complaint was the sellsman never let you get a word in. He just rambled on subjects not related to the trailers. Give this place a look to compare other trailer dealerships.

I work in customer service in the automotive industry, and I would never do business the way Family RV does. They treat you “like family” right up until the sale is complete. After that, you are no longer important to them. I purchased my toy hauler from Family RV about a year and a half ago and also purchased an extended warranty through them. When I brought my trailer in for warranty work, about half of the items I submitted were declined, despite being covered under the warranty I paid for. Because they would not honor the warranty, I decided to cancel it after paying off my trailer early. Family RV refused to cancel my GAP/graphics warranty and demanded documentation that is not legally required to process a cancellation. John Britt was absolutely on top of it As far as salesman go, honestly one of the best. He was straight forward, no bs, showed us everything we asked for and more. Yes obviously he's a salesman and we gotta take everything with a grain of salt. With that being said my wife and I were extremely comfortable hanging out, talking looking at trailers for our needs for nearly 2 hrs. All while he knew not only were we possibly gonna buy in Utah and not here but that we were not there to buy that day. He showed us EVERYTHING in our price range that met our requirements, as well as let us TAKE A PEEPSY at the stuff inside that we couldn't afford but absolutely LOVED walking through. Stopped by here first. Didn't buy but they were awesome and not pushy at all. It came down to brand when we purchased not the dealer

Jeremy was our sales rep and showed us all of various styles that we like and let us know cost without pushing us to buy! This is an indoor showroom which is awesome! 😊
