Family Service Center

This is in my experience, the best, most competent and most honest (by far) auto repair shop in the country! I can't tell you how many times they helped me with bad auto problems that ended up great with the fairest bill for so much work. They are simply the best.

Was staying nearby after driving in from north central West Virginia (the state lol) and needed to have my lug nuts checked for tightness since I’d had work done prior to my trip and forgot to bring the socket for the torque wrench. (Forehead smack) The owner and his mechanic who was on duty were super great and the experience there reminded me of days gone by when a service center really cared about their customers and treated people like friends instead of a number. This place still does! Makes me smile and I also appreciated the travel tips they gave me as well. Thanks again!

Great service with a smile! We had our calipers replaced and tires rotated on our 2018 Jeep Wrangler here and were totally thrilled with the service and cost. Mark and his staff know their stuff! I highly recommend them for you automotive needs!

If you find yourself broken down on the side of 113 with a dead alternator and have no idea where to have your car towed, this is the place to go! Being from out of town, I had to just trust that this was the place to go and thank god I did! Mark made sure everything in my car was looked over including my new alternator and said to my dad "you said 'daughter car' and I thought of my own daughter and treated it as such." Car was ready in about a week. Price was extremely fair and I can't recommend this place enough!
