I was visiting friends in the area when I noticed my truck was leaking oil from the rear. I didn’t want to drive 3 hours back home without getting it fixed. I read the good reviews for Family Ties and decided to take my truck there. I was able to get a same day appointment. Cindy was very helpful and friendly. So was Randy. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it in under an hour. I thought I would be waiting several hours. The cost was very reasonable and definitely less than what I would have paid at home. If you are in the area and need auto repair go there.

The lady in the office was very friendly. Quick service. They also got me in same day. First time I brought my car to a new place and left without any further issues to my vehicle. Will be my go to now

This place is awesome! I broke down on the Thruway. My insurance company found them. I had my 17 year old pitbull mix and my travel trailer so Iwas in Dire Straits. When I told Cindy of these details, said there was a campground about 1 mile away. The tow company dropped me and the trailer. They took my vehicle. Randy got me in and on the road by 2 pm the next day! No way to thank them enough!

I cannot say enough good things about them. They went over and above any service I have received anywhere else and their prices were lower than anticipated. I will use them for all car related issues forever! Cannot thank them enough for helping us out.
