My car overheated in Cleveland. I live in Ooltewah. I call and they tell me to come on in on a Friday. I get there and they almost immediately pull it in the bay. They diagnose and fix quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! if I lived in Cleveland, I would give them all my business by this one transaction. Very satisfied

I drive here from Knoxville TN for two reasons. The shop itself has an impeccable reputation in the community, loved by the locals, great reviews. Clean lobby, and the owners themselves are really friendly and seems to care about their customers. Second reason my son works here 😊 So I come to a shop I can trust, where my son works, who I can definitely trust also.

They have the WORST communication here. I was promised call back that never happened. You have my vehicle like just call and give the updates you are supposed to give. They were doing warranty work and it took them a day and a half to even send the quote off for approval. Who ever thought the hard part of getting warranty work done would be with the shop trying to fix it. They have lost my business and I will never recommend them again.

Our church youth group came for a CIY conference hosted at Lee University, and the church van brakes started grinding on the way down. It needed new front pads and rotors. The gentlemen treated us with kindness, got the work done in one day, and even gave our church a discount off their very reasonable prices when they didn’t have to. They genuinely wanted to help. Thankful for men like this in a world of sketchy auto shops. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them if we were local or if we need their services again while we’re in town.

Outstanding group of guys! After calling around multiple tire shops and being told outrageous prices or that they did not have them, family tire not only had the tires I needed but absolutely blew everybody else's price out of the water. I got two brand new tires mounted and balanced a rotation and a oil change for less than $300.. Not to mention the customer service was grade A. The technician gave me a couple pointers as I was leaving that will also help save me from further issues in the future.. overall I give them 10 out of 10. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!
