Family Tire

I told the staff that I needed rims the same day because a lot of the other stores wanted me to wait 3 days to get my rims and tires installed. But this place was perfect on getting your rims and tires in there shop in less than 20mins and also getting it mounted the same day. Definitely coming back with my next car.

From the time I walked in I felt at ease. I walked around checking the rims they had on display. Nothing I was looking for. Chris help me pick out the rims I was looking for. He was patient friendly and knowledgeable. The staff has an pleasant attitude towards the customers. Every customer came in an to me they look like they was home chilling with family talking and having great conversations. I joined in like I always been there. I visited Family Tire today to get my front tires replaced it came with installation & balancing ,the experience was great from start to finish. The service was fast and efficient . The staff was friendly and offered water in the office while I waited, which was a nice touch. The customer service was excellent, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. I needed my tire pressure system serviced. I went in and spoke to Chris, who was inside working the register. He was a true professional and took care of me in an effective and timely fashion.
