USE ANY OTHER TOWING COMPANY!! Fancy Flash Towing Ltd. is the worst towing company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My car blew out a tire in the evening and this company happened to be the closest to my location. The desk worker I spoke to on the phone had NO urgency in the matter taking her forever to take my information and call the driver. After waiting for over an hour I receive a call saying that the truck broke down enroute (not their fault). Instead of just calling another truck to complete the service that I had already paid for and signed a contract for, they demanded that I pay an additional 40 dollars on an already overpriced invoice because that truck was farther away. I refused and asked for a refund. After all the waiting and hassle they put me through on an
