At the Deland Florida office I have to say the best agent I have ever dealt with is Mindy! In all my years of purchasing car insurance this was hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had. MINDY was so knowledgeable about anything and everything i had questions about. Flawlessly wrote policy and now we will forever be a Farm Bureau client. Thank you again Mindy!

They started great when I first joined. Rates stayed flat for the first 4 years. My agent left and a new agent came in. Then all my policies just kept on rising. I just changed companies and cut my monthly bill down from 248 to 118 a month. What hurts is that I am a Farm Bureau Member.

I have been with this agency nearly 20 years. They insure my auto, as well as my home. I made one claim 13 years ago when my well pump was hit by lightning. It cost them around $2,000.00 to cover the damage. I have never made an auto claim. My home owners insurance premium is just over $1,800.00 per year alone. It increased approximately $500.00 in one year from $1,300.00 annually. I am not a big fan of insurance companies. When I think about what I have paid them in premiums, I might be better off putting the money in an emergency fund. At least I wouldn't be handing it over to them for nothing. I own my home outright and I am thinking about an alternative method. All of the insurance companies seem to be able to raise their rates whenever they choose to.
