My family and I were moving from Florida to Ohio, we were traveling on 75 and our truck started acting up. My son and I were in the truck. I looked up auto repair shop in the Waze App and found Tom. I called and he told me that he was not taking new customers he would help us. He had me call his brother who does his towing (keep in mind I had no real landmarks to offer except going N on 75) and they found me within 30 min of my call. We were towed to Tom's shop and he stopped what he was doing and looked at our truck. This kind of service is very rare but Tom Bos and his brother Dave Bos are definitely a gem that is one of a kind. Thank y'all for everything. The prices were definitely reasonable.
Always does an amazing job. This mechanic knows his stuff and has no problem trying to explain it to you so you understand what's actually going on. He has remarkable problem solving skills. He's my guy!
