Excellent customer service! They were very friendly and got back to me right away. I was nervous at first because I had never been in a situation where my vehicle had to be towed but I definitely feel way better about the experience and if I ever need help again I recommend calling Farmers towing!

I am super pleased with this company. Driver was very efficient. Very professional. communicated with me very well. I had received this company through my insurance company I also needed a flatbed which it was super difficult to receive from other companies, so I was extremely happy they had a flatbed available. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody. Driver also contacted me letting me know how far he was from me and when he would be arriving, sad to say people don’t give great customer service anymore, so it was very refreshing that this company did❤️ great job!
