I was looking for rental insurance a few days ago, and I found Farpon Auto Insurance very close to where I live. I call and I talk to this gentleman Joseph, he quoted me a price for renters insurance and he said he will call me by the end of the day, which he did; what was a perfect price for me. I came the next day to meet with Joseph, we went over the policy and he explain to me everything perfectly. When I walk into the office, he greeted me with a perfect smile and a hand sheck. I felt very comfortable dealing with this gentleman. He went above and beyond customer service. Rocio Leyva is an excellent associate. I have always been assisted by her. She is knowledgeable and on top of her game. She knows and does her job with excellence. May 1- Rocio Leyva has excellent customer service skills. She is patient and extremely polite. She has been our insurance associate for many years now- 11 years to be exact. If I go to the Farpon office directly, it is her I ask for because she is on top of her game, in her expertise of her professionalism. Called inquiring about full coverage insurance and was given quotes. I was still shopping around calling places, looking for best price. I was called back and the girl told me happily she found the best price of 123.00 full and 200.00 to start. I was sold and gave her my information to get started. She said she’d send over everything by email once she finished up my paperwork. I waited and waited after 30, almost 40 min I called back to check on everything since I hadn’t received email.
